Products' returns process

According to international regulations concerning on-line purchases, you can return any product within 14 days from the time the receipt is issued. Custom-made products which are ordered and made for the customer, such as products which have engraving, are excluded and cannot be changed or refunded. All products must return in their original, full package, along with their authenticity cards and guarantees which are provided by the manufacturing company and are in their original state just as you received them. The package should include the purchase receipt and will be checked upon delivery.

When a product is returned, you can choose to exchange it with another product of equal or bigger value, to change its size if it is a ring or have a refund in the same way of payment. In case of a purchase with a discount, you have the right of returning and changing a product with any other of the same value even after the offer expires.

kramajewels.shop will check the products as soon as they are received and will inform you accordingly. In case you wish for a refund, kramajewels.shop will deposit the money in your bank account within 30 days from the delivery of the package.

You have the right for only one change for every order. You can choose the way of returning the product and are responsible for the cost. In case of change, the customer is responsible for the costs.

You are advised to use registered post for shipping and always keep the receipt until you have a confirmation that the product has been received. Kramajewels.shop is not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping of your returning products. They are your responsibility until the moment we receive them. Please check the package, to avoid any damage.

In case of a return or change of the products you received, please contact us by either calling at 2332021615 or through the contact form. For better service/For your convenience, please mention the number of your order as well as full personal data. In case of a change, please include the code of the new product you wish to receive.
